lifters with block change
I am in the process of switching from a 305 roller cam block to a 350 roller cam block. I would like to save some money, so I know I can re-use roller lifters for a new cam if they are in good shape. My question is though can I use the roller lifters from the 305 block (and most fo the other roller related components) for the 350 block?

If they have some miles on them, I wouldn't use them. That's just me though.
Like any moving part, it's going to wear.

'Tibo' if you have to ask or defend, than replace universal rule of thumb.
It would be different if they only had maybe 10,000 miles on them, but if they have 100,000!!!

They roll smooth and have no visual cracks or chips. I still have to look at them with a pair of magnifiers. Ronterry, I I know ,you have a point. They have 70,000 miles on them so they should last a little longer. I have heard that many people still have their original roller cam drivetrain and they have 200,000+ miles on it.

i think as long as the rollers operate smoothly and the pushrod seat can be pushed down and spring back it should be ok.
