Working Update:

I have tested 3 MAFS and no progress.
Tested Voltage from Burn-off module and there's 12V going to the MAF, so its getting power.

Computer still indicates low voltage from CKT...

By far, the easiest way to access that plug is from underneath. Jack the car up under the K-member and put jack stands under the A-Arm. This will give you the most room to work with.

Hooked up my timing light to verify. The balancer TDC line was nowhere in sight, as the mechanic said. The new painted-on TDC line was at 6 degrees so I moved it to 7.5 and it runs MUCH...

The Mechanic works at a GM performance shop here in Vegas that works primarily on classic...

Well, the mechanic mentioned the rubber and suggested that may have been the cause. However, the engine has approx 10,000 miles on it as it was replaced with a re-manufactured 305 at 67,000 miles....

I have solved the issues.. the MSD cap had spring loaded "L" shaped screws that hold down the cap to the distributor. Because I have a stock distributor, the cap did not line up properly...

Update..

I ordered the radiator fan motor from amazon (Four Seasons 35656 Rad Fan Motor) and installed it and PRESTO! It worked!

The fan fits perfect and runs smooth.
