Fuel pressure 91 5.7

Can someone please tell me correct fuel pressure for my 915.7 tpi key turned on reads 40 psi and drops to 35 with car running with nothing disconnected as far as vacuum the gauge bounces around but...

91 z28 had my scanner plugged in and noticed a voltage drop when I put the car in gear charging system tests fine any ideas?

Weak spark on cylinder 1 new Ac Delco wires and e3 plugs along with cap and rotor plus accel cool any help with this would be great 91 z28 5.7 tpi bone stock

Car is a 91 Z28 5.7 new south Bay injectors fuel pressure regulator fuel pump Delphi new sending unit new plugs,wires cap and rotor new TPS iac coolant temp sensor on front of intake new O2 as well...

@ tuned performance O2 is new Ac Delco as well as the CTS and ECM I'd have to put my scanner back on it but I unplugged coolant temp sender on the left side head and it runs better

Bringing this one back to life@ Gomez83 you corrected this by grounding the tan wire from ecm harness to the car?

Yes,I'm aware this is the sender located on left side head not the sensor in front of the intake

Can a faulty temp sender cause idling issues on a 91 z28 5.7 tpi I've unplugged the sender and noticed a difference in idle but thought the sender didn't communicate with the ecm?

Upon probing the grey wire with a test light I do have power coming from the 5v volt reference are the pigtail/ connectors known to go bad ?the pin for the tps signal is broken inside the connector

what do you mean by “rig” is the pipe able to be slid into or overtop where it connects to y pipe is the 4th gen pipe the proper length?
