My "Fuel Cut Off Engine Speed" is set to 7021 RPM. My "Fuel Resume Engine Speed" is set to 6922 RPM.

I have the '7730 8D ECM. I do not see a rev limiter in it. But I do know I have valve springs that can handle up to .600 lift.
