I believe the 30 MPG highway. My old 91 with a L03 TBI/700R4 and 2.73s could do 30 MPG highway pretty easily. I even did one 1500 mile trip over a weekend where it was nearly all long highway...

You're fuel injected, dude. You don't have a choke. But it will idle high when it's cold, like a fast idle or choke on a carburetor does.
