What size shot are you using? Unless your using a pretty big shot, to go from 1100 to 925 in 1 pass doesn't sound normal. Also with the line almost frozen sounds like you have a nitrous leak...

That is correct ... The alternator and bracket are a Powermaster, which I got from summit. S10 manual steering box.

I think its a head gasket.... however there is no real yes/no test for the head gasket, the best indicators are the symptoms you can observe yourself.

A coolant gas test will pick up if the gasket...

I'm running a overflow btl from a older supra. If you look just right of the hood latch you can see the top of the btl. No way to get valve cover off with turbo on. But to get the valve cover off...

I have a S400 T4 on the BBS manifold. I'm running a 3" charge pipe and a 4" Downpipe. I did have to cut a small section of the under hood brace.

I'm alittle worried about the bottom end of that motor....... If you wanted to stay V6, the 3800 (L67 or L32) has a VERY strong bottom end, w/ stock pistons is capable of 500 whp, and with forged...
