I've went through the basic steps of reboot and checked to see if the files are hidden, they aren't. I can see the bins with tuner pro and load and modify them just fine. I even see them on windows...

I'm using 27sf512 chips 32k file with buffer start/end 000000-007FFF and chip start/end 008000-00FFFF. I dont think that has to do with the files not showing up or maybe i wasnt clear on my issue....

wouldn't allow the xdl file, so i exported it to csv, assuming it was too big to upload, so i put the xdl and csv into a rar file. the issue i'm having is happening begins at the 11:28 time mark....

Running 7730 8D. Using apu1, I keep getting data errors about 2 per second and all outputs jump back and forth from correct reading to thier default. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm thinking I will try another ecm eventually, I don't have one on hand so I want to try further diagnosing. Do you know what other inputs that the ecm uses to control the cooling fan?

tried stock bin, same thing. tried with chip adapter and chip removed, same thing. tried pressing on the board and lightly tapping the ecm case with no changes.

No I have not tried the stock calibration, I did use it as a compare bin and cannot find anything that would cause this problem

r134a is more efficient than 152a. i've experimented with several different refrigerants in the past, and if i remember correctly my tests showed higher head pressure with 152a to accomplish the same...

mine did. dual mandrel exhaust all the way out back with great bends and and great welds. had it done about 8 years ago and still holds up just like new. you just gotta go to a shop with a mandrel...
