chargers are slow... i raced a hemi 300c which is all the same as the charger... a 14 flat to 13.5 car and i walked the **** outta him i was in 1st about 20-30mph and put like 4-5 cars on him...

well my motor doesnt put down much power maybe 300hp 350-400tq and i toasted a 700r4 in less than a month and the t5 has shifting issues after about 3 weeks... this is after i spent like $600 on a...

neither tranny will survive very long based on traction and how much you abuse them...

my 700R4 started slipping really badly when i built my mild 357cid motor and my T-5 is just about to blow its...

dont use the 305 heads.... the combustion chamber of the 305 heads is much smaller than the 350 heads in relation to the smaller bore of the 305 its just not a good idea... as well as the 305 heads...

the settle would be for the t5... the t56 is a much better trans all around. more favorable gear ratios in the first 4 gears and double over drive in the end.

plus the t56 is stronger by ALOT.

race oils have it and diesel oil has it. regular oils dont.

lol... well thats original... but i would avoid stacking gaskets. a carb spacer is fairly cheap and helps the motor.

I had the same issue with my Demon Carb back when i had it, it only had one...

I've read alot of the posts here and:doh: don't tee off of the brake booster and pcv. you are asking for trouble.

as for running carb gaskets stacked up, you are asking for vacuum leaks

Straight water has better cooling properties than 50/50, but the boiling point is lower than 50/50 and it doesnt have lubricating properties

New motors tend to run hot untill they are broken...
