Are you sure the threads in the block are OK? What about getting a brass adapter to go into the block, then putting the oil pressure sensor into the brass adapter? Then you could see where the leak...

Update! Measured two of the Multec injectors' resistance, #1 and #6, both were 11.8 ohms. So definitely shorted coils, probably all are bad, glad my ECM didn't fry up.
