Rear calipers showed up today. 1 set of the pads are missing. Box wasn't torn so you most have forgot to put that set in.
No biggie, as I wasn't going to use them.

It's the rod that goes from the hatch lock cylinder to the latch.
Must be from a 1982 to 1984 firebird or T/A.
