I already fabricated a full shroud with only an 1" distance from the face of the radiator, but the shroud itself is mounted to the radiator. I just wasn't sure how to mount the rad to the car.

Apeiron, Not true, I know the computer controls it, but I also know my car needed vacuum to operate it, as did a lot of cars. My confusion is that '92 auto TBI didn't, but the '92 manual does.

From what I've heard you can't use a high pressure (TPI) pump in a carb'd car, it'd overpower your regulator (at least at 12-14.5V). Try looking for an adjustable power supply to drop the voltage. ...
