I already fabricated a full shroud with only an 1" distance from the face of the radiator, but the shroud itself is mounted to the radiator. I just wasn't sure how to mount the rad to the car.

I just noticed the base on my Projection TBI unit is slightly warped where I believe it won't seal. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it. Or where do you recommend I send it?

Apeiron, My car is 85, but my AIR system is 92. And '92 TBI stick shifts due need a vacuum connection. This was the substance of my question.

Apeiron, Not true, I know the computer controls it, but I also know my car needed vacuum to operate it, as did a lot of cars. My confusion is that '92 auto TBI didn't, but the '92 manual does.

I'm converting my LG4 over to TBI, I got the serp and AIR systems off a 92. My car is manual, and Chilton's vacuum diagrams left out AIR system on the 92 auto, so either the auto has no AIR system...

Hey 430 I think I have an idea. I'm going to find a power resistor to drop the voltage on the pump, so its not pushing so hard. I'll let you know how that works.
