my jasper motor came with casting number 14102193, ive been told these are the swirl port heads. the engine was build for an 87 trans am. would your 88 heads fit on my car.

well the engine thats in it now isnt the engine it came with. the number on the head is 14102193. do you think i will have valve to piston issues running those lifts. it was recommended by comp cams...

Pat hall im pretty sure its probably just the est, because when i was having fuel issues, i had a code for the esc then and not now. in my haynes manual it doesnt say that a code for est is related...

how long has it been broke like that. maybe the computer has already adjusted to it. you would need to see it you feel any air around that area. if not then its probably not effecting anything

well it should make you have a high idle because it is basically a vacuum leak. Could make it hard to tune since the computer isnt seeing that extra air entering the engine therefore the computer...
