Just looking for sub 11.5X man. Most 383 to 400/406 I have seen with 280xfi or cc306 have ran 11.7X with decent 1.65ish 60 footers on mickey thompson et street (not sure if it was SS or R)

After searching for for 406 roller combos I came across folks in ls1tech and corvetteforums that used the ZZX cam from TPIS. Contacted Lloyd and he is grinding another cam similar to ZZX....

Yeah I remember that. You became quite popular during that build. There is a 383 LT1 on ls1tech.com, wheel stander I think is his name, he could only manage 11.7X at 115mph. I'm wanting closer to 120...

If you have the coin for it, go for the Hooker Blackheart exhaust. A decent exhaust shop can make you a dual cat "y pipe" and use the x pipe back from the above mentioned system. It's quite popular...

I had the Aerochamber on my car and loved it. I switched to Magnaflow back in 2007 to sound different from other 3ed gen Fbodies. Now alot of third gen guys have Magnaflow and dont use Hooker....

What do you mean "will be coming out with SBC longtubes"? Hooker already makes the 1 3/4 longtubes. Unless they are coming out with a 1 7/8 longtube.🤤
