No, I don't have the wiring harness or many of the sensors required to perform a full swap. You'll want to look for a full TPI setup with harness/ECM.

Personally I'm not a fan of any mothers type polish for the sole purpose of keeping the polished piece clean. I'd recommend something like Flitz metal polish for that.
