The LS1 brake upgrade, due to the relocation of the rotor has moved my wheels out 3/8" (rotor hat thickness). Therefore...

Ok, Checking the Bilstein website for the F4-VE3-C522-H0 HD front strut the instructions read....
"Do not reuse original bump stop, since

I just installed mine yesterday.
I know the Haynes Manual called out 74ft/lbs but that was for the bolts holding the caliper carrier to the Ed Miller bracket.

I think it was between 45-50...

I used 0.125" thick for the plate.

The weight of the arm with weld, powder coat, and bracing around the bushings (pics coming) is 15lb 4.6oz
