I may put a clamp around the heat shield and tighten it to squeeze heat shield in. . Then when I get back from travels for work, drop the exhaust after marking it and ever so slight bend it down...

SOLVED. I have found the issue at hand. Left side/drivers OEM exhaust is/was touching in two spots on body. The shield was touching the body.
Also, the header triangle plate was touching ever so...

Car did sit for 8 weeks in garage.. battery maintainer only thing on it.
Tested more.
Vibration in all gears same rpm.
Pushed brake to see iff TCC disengaged, it did.

Okay. Looks like GM updates the harness and plug arangement. I have heard of a people rewiring things, but, I am not comfortable messing with ECM signals etc..

Right now it locks at 45 unlocks 41. 3.73 gears 2800 vigilante converter with 315/35/17 tires.
TPS threshold I will look into. Already moved lock up 56 unlock at 51.

The injector offset is different. With the tables that were provided, Tunercat used the sheet given to me to correct the offset within the tune, as well as the constant.
I know the VE tables etc...
