Well just a thought here but the 3 fans might be a bit much. the 2 pusher fans might just hinder the performance of clutch fan. At a stop when air flow is limited by the bulk of the pusher fans......

Not so much the rust but some of the buildup in the coolant will block small passeges where leaks have formed... so sometimes when really flushing and cleanin your rad you might uncover leaks...

Yes. Its easy and no crazy toggle wiring harness from some wierd place. On the relay there should be green and white wire, that is the ground that completes the circut for your relay.
