4 Speed Tranny Identification

My buddy just picked up a GM 4 Speed and is not sure exactly what he has.

The numbers that we found are:

Ben, I believe you will find that an LG4 does have an in-tank fuel pump. It functions as a booster to compliment the mechanical pump.

My (87) LG4 has both.
