I dont think the hood is that bad. The sides need to be slanted some rather than straight up and down but other than that its great. Follows the cars lines better than a normal cowl. Id like to know...

I rarely post here but Ill say this. Save your money and buy a good hood from Harwood or VFN or Glasstek or someone who doesnt suck.
Cheap glass hoods fit terrible and arent worth the trouble....

There is some brush on stuff from Al's Liner that is heat/noise resistant and seemed to work really good on my car. Only problems is its a ugly off white color but I used some generic black spray...

No because there are few if any hoods other than a normal cowl over 2.5 inches for our cars. Id kill to have either the pro touring hood or the Jonbloed/Sunoco hood in 3.5-4".

Thanks. Its due for a new nose (spider cracking) probably gonna go to the later style nose. Due for paint too gonna paint it the same just gonna paint the orange stripe on instead of using a sticker....
