Did you wipe off the di-electric grease on the ignition module? they come in the package with some grease on them. DO NOT wipe it off or they will burn out. I found this out on my previous Camaro...

I turned down the headlight switch and it corrected it... for a while... it's almost as if I have to turn it all the way down to get it to not do that. Frustrating!!!!! Is it a ground or something?...
