im running 31 degrees of timign at 8-9 pounds of boost with no knock at all, im spraying methanol tho.

this happens to me all the time, my throttle body is worn out, it leeks air by the throttle shaft making the idle unpredictable. if i smack the throtle a few times it may decide to come down to idle....

4.56 gears mean nothing... 35" tire keep in mind. same final drive as about 3.73s on a stock size tire really, maybe a fuzz taller.
