Yes it's restricted. Even though without it. I never had oil issues. Just needed and adaptor for a 90. So I bought a restrictive plate.

In my experience I feel no need to have any oil left in the turbo removed unless it was serious inlet feed. Me and a guy were talking that if all the oil drained or was pumped out after shutoff....

Ok, do the top down solution Alston connectors are inners. That tie both true frames together right? Or am I way off? I'm making my car a targa and need the sturdiest type connectors.
