If you're going to a carb motor, and are keeping the Electric fuel pump, what ECU wires need to be left in? I know that I'll need too leave the Fuel pump wire, but is there anything else coming out...

It appeared that they did...they are the two big plugs that go through the firewall right behind where the dash would be, right?

I don't see why I would use this stuff, I pulled the old engine out (also carbureted) and it didn't use any of them. I don't see why anyone would EVER go back to the 305. I'll see what I can do when...

That's what I was saying. You get the same effect with a good shift kit...you can downshift and hold gears however you like but you retain the automatic feature. Just be sure to get a kit that has...

Depends on the valve body. If it's a street car then get a good shift kit that allows you to hold the gears for as long as you want. You will want to go with a well known company such as transgo or...

Should just remove the clip holding the governor cover in place then remove the governor cover, then pull the assembly out.

Thanks for the help. I just went out and grabbed my bill of sale, checked the VIN and it was a V8 car. So that means that my tach is just screwed up.
