Just built a 383 and now I can't get the belt to stop squealing and trying to jump.

Got an 88 Camaro. Swapped the 305 for a built 355 4 years ago and used the stock serpentine setup from my 305 (with ac and smog delete). Ran perfectly fine. This last winter I put together a 383...

Put in 4.11 rear from a 3.42. easiest way to fix speedo?

Is there a such thing as an aftermarket speedo that is adjustable to any ratio? Should I convert to electric? What are my options that don't involve dissembling the tranny?

Never shopped for a clutch before. Need to know what's stronger than stock.

So my car is an '88 base Camaro that came with the LO3 tbi 305 and T5 (apparently WC based off of the numbers).

Two years ago I swapped in a freshly built 355. Basically stock shortblock with nice...

Re: I want a fuel sending unit with no fuel pump. Does one exist?

That's exactly it. I don't even have a sock on atm, just a metal line to replace the pump.

Re: I want a fuel sending unit with no fuel pump. Does one exist?

You're right, my taste and opinions are incorrect. Thank you for correcting them for me. I now love EFI. Next time I build a hot rod engine I'll put boatloads of turbos and computers in it now that I...
