Long story, short, bone loss, lots of medal installed, mostly healed. Probably won't be doing this type work again. Fortunately I'm able to get back to work and make a decent living. Sad to see it...

That worked on my old S-10 Blazer but the spring was a lot smaller. I have tried that a couple times and it just won't work, I bought the spring compressor suks recommended.

I think this photo shows the lack of attachment point for the cable. The TV cable attachment is hidden behind the cruise cable.198737

The first car I ever special ordered was a 1984 Berlinetta. It was loaded, including cruise. I do a lot of driving so cruise is nice.

Dan, thanks for the reply. Since the EGR is blocked off, the pump is removed and I already removed the piping I guess all that is left is to plug the holes in the exhaust manifolds?
