Hey guys is been a long time since i even trolled around here XD. Anyway, with having to work as much as i do with the hours that i do, i dont have much time (or money and regretfully it takes both) to fix the camaro again
For anyone who followed my previous story about 2 years back, the camaro overheated on the way to a TGO-SW meet in Phoenix, AZ and its never been the same. I was in the process of pulling the motor out to take it apart and rebuild it and just lost time/money. So the time has come to get it off my driveway and to someone who has a little more of both than I do... If i put everything back together it should still run, but it doesnt run well so i would rather it be picked up by trailer or what-have-you if possible.
Car Stats
91 Camaro RS Convertible
350ci TBI motor, all factory smog equipment present, TH700R4 w/ a B&M trans cooler. with less than 10k miles on it. LS1 Disc Rearend with 3.73 Motive Gears and Eaton Posi (it was the one that came out of Ken (Cali92RS) car before he sold it. I have not yet had the bracket fabricated to make the E-Brake cables functional, but Don has let me know in the past he could do it fairly easily. It has 17" Black Chrome ZR-1 Rims on it (also the same ones from Kens car), the tires have about 500 miles on them. The car has been under a nice cover the past two years so i havent noticed any tire rot when i check on it. It has a Walboro 255lph in tank fuel pump. Aluminum 4 Core Radiator with electric fan (not the stock one, it wouldnt fit over the new radiator). I also have a set of new Spohn SFC's that were not installed on the car, but i will include them in the sale. Has Edelbrock TBI Strut tower brace as well. Currently no muffler, just open-cat, its been that way since last everyone saw it running @ the big bear run when i did attend. It has Eiback Sportline springs on all 4 corners too so it sits a little lower. The convertible top/drivers side window motor need to be replaced and the Passenger Side front fender has a nice dent in it that happened when a pole jumped out and bit me..
To be honest, this car is FAR from a diamond in the rough in its current state, there is a pic in my sig of what it USED to look like lol, but time has got to the pretty lady (and it will most likely need to be picked up locally) so Im only asking $800 obo... The car is currently in San Marcos, CA PM me if you want my cell number to call for any questions or post em up here. Again i can PROBABLY get the car to run and move, but it doesnt run well at all... It took so long to convince myself to part with this car that i have had for almost 5 years now but its time to let another share the same fun with it that i had. Wow, if I didn't already have a '91 ragtop to be picked up in Honolulu when I get there in a few weeks, I'd be all over this like a sex maniac in a whorehouse... I'll ask my son, who will be staying here at my house in Kingman until I return, as he might be interested. With little effort, could it be made drivable to AZ? There's no need for emissions check where I live.

im pretty sure she sucked a valve on the way to AZ last time, so getting her back there might take some work. As for the rims/etc.. id like to sell the car as a whole first but if i dont get any solid buyers i will probably start parting it out
ya, i should've but it went to a good home and i didnt have the patience to part it out I coulda prly sold the rearend to a 4thgen guy for almost what i let the whole car go for. but im happy with where it went and i wish the guy the best of luck with it. Now i just gotta convince the girlfriend to let me buy another one

I'm the one providing a good home for the vert its currently under the knife getting a 5spd swap and a motor swap.
