Hey guys, I'm Melissa! I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. First off, I'm a big-time car & racing girl. I really dig cars of all types, and especially drag racing.
I've worked for the NMRA & NMCA the past few years, and now I'm helping start a new video company called powerTV which broadcasts motorsport TV and video over the internet.
This looks like a pretty cool site. Just wanted to say hi!

Welcome to the site. As Tom said there are some Ford owners, such as my wife, she drives a 91 Mustang,However I counter her with a 78 Trans Am,84 Z-28 ,86Trans Am,92 RS,and 2000 Camaro SS. This is really a GM family
Welcome. Can't you see, she's using a plasma cutter to make paperweights out of the Mustang. Bring some to the December Christmas meeting. I'll take one.
Why is it a problem? He's letting us know that "powermelissa" is just a spammer who is trying to drum up business for her site, and not someone legitimate.
good looking out hotrodder I join this site to talk to real people that know about 3rd generation camaros and so i could learn more and get helped with mine. If u ever make it out to cali ill buy u a beer.
Have a look at this thread on another forum and read more about it. Melissa is not just here on thirdgen:
Dear 3rd Gen Forum Users, Moderators & Admins:
My name is James Lawrence and I am the founder of powerTV.
I was asked by the Mods and Owners of this site not to post further videos unless we would become involved/sponsor the site and course we will honor that request.
And, while I agree with all efforts to reduce SPAM and corporate bullying and marketing tactics - the presentation of the facts and Jonathan Rubenstein's motives are not what they appear to be.
Jonathan Rubenstein is one of SEMA's biggest critics, and has conducted a withering attack on them recently. I defended SEMA when Jonathan sent out a SPAM anti-SEMA e-mail to the SEMA membership directory, got into a huge debate with John, and next thing I find myself and powerTV the target. That does not mean his cause doesn't have merit, nor that we are without fault, but that is where it started. He then uses his web site as an attack vehicle.
I will say that should do a better job communicating with forum members and moderators about what we are what we do, and at least in that capacity, we have a lot to learn.
We have now created a FAQ that outlines what powerTV is and are linking to that FAQ in our signature so people can read for themselves.
