305 TPI power?
What kind of numbers are some of you putting down by building up your 305 TPI. Any and all welcome. Just curious. Thanks

Car: 89 IROC/05 RX8
Engine: LS1/LS1
Transmission: T56/T56
Axle/Gears: 3.42 GM/3.55 8.8
My 305:
Performance Modifications:
Lt1 Cam
LT1 Lifter
Comp Single Valve springs (w. damper)
Edelbrock TES Headers
Taylor Spiro-Pro Ignition Cables
Ported TPI Base
Ported TPI Plenum
Air foil
Iridium spark plugs
3.42 Disc Rear
Visual:
Chrome Timing Cover
Painted TPI System
Painted Rocker Covers
Painted Headers
Not nessecarily performance, but takes away drag:
A/C system removed
Plans:
AS&M Big tube runners
Edelbrock Hi-flo Intake
LS1 driveshaft
Right now its making about 200rwhp
With above mods, should make about 220rwhp.
Could be quicker, but seeing i have spent less then $300 getting all of this together, im going to say its afair bit of engine, for tiny dough.

Car: 92 Camaro RS
Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T5 manual
It was a TBI car
Modifications:
LT1 Cam
World S/R torqer 305 heads
SLP Runners
Ported TPI Plenum
Port matched TPI Base
Air foil
3.42 Rear gears
Hooker shorty headers & cat-back
It did 220 rwhp this past summer and it was running a full point rich. With some tuning I think it can get 225-230 easily.

As for 305 power, you have guys on here making between 200-250 rwhp with average modification. If you did the same mods for a 350 youd be closer to the 300 side.
