WTF fuel problems
I dont know what the heck is happening!! but my charcoal canister is getting luquid fuel, too much! and causes the car to run real rich. I disconnected it so the car will actually run, cause it was stalling at every stop sign. I did notice that someone had cut the stock fuel lines that come from the fuel sending unit, and used rubber hoses to unite them. I think that getting a new fuel sending unit will solve the problem. Another issue that I have is that whenever I take hard turns I wont get any fuel, and most likely is that the fuel moving around prevents the fuel pump of sucking gas, and I dont think this should happen right? im not sure what is the problem exactly, need help im getting sick of having my car smelling like gas and looking at my passengers gasping for fresh air out the window haha. looking forward for your replies, and thank you for looking!!

Are you sure the lines were cut? There is rubber coming off of the hard lines from the pickup.
A couple of the lines may be incorrectly connected, though.

yeah they are cut, and united with rubber hoses and clamps, I had thought of that but it looks like there connected right because how the lines are positioned, I still need a new fuel sending unit so I might as well get it cause the fuel gauge doesn't work and I have ran out of fuel lol!! thanks

Re: WTF fuel problems
your lines are backwards. Its been a while since I had this problem, but i believe its the return and vapor lines that are backwards. I swapped those and it fixed my problem

Re: WTF fuel problems
If fuel is still showing up in the evap canister, then switch the 2 lines and if it works-which it should- then problem solved. If it hasnt solved the problem, then you ruled out 1 thing and narrowed it down substantially.
