No closed loop, int changing , no blm . New 02 sensor . Any ideas? Some screen shots

I see I'm running rich , why wouldn't I be moving into closed loop.

Also if I am not in closed loop is it normal for int to be adjusting

thank you. Trying to figure this out. So the cable I have will work? I believe it's on 10ohms. Do I have to switch it? I tried recording and just got continous error count?
