New Engine At Track Opinion On Time
ok i have enough miles on it to finally take it to the track. i know it won't hook up to save it's life but i'm thinkin (hopeing) for low 14s with mad tire spin and speeds over 100mph. i've ran it on gtech and it went 14.7 at 103mph with wheel spin. i would like to hear some opinions on what u think it'll run. my best with the 305tpi was 15 flat at 91mph.

You got to remember also that G-Tech measures your trap right at the 1/4 mile, while at a trach they average it. So the G-Tech is usually a little higher.

ok the results from the track r very disappointing here r the numbers
tire pressure: 25psi
1st run (take off at idle/half throttle till top of 1st)
et: 15.2 60ft:2.4897
rt: 1.424 330ft: 6.5719
92.9961mph 1/8: 9.9344
2nd run (power braked at 1000rpms) i was lined up with a mustang gt 96-99 body 4.6 with exhaust he was revving like a mad man in the line beside me. i just had to win this people were like that mustang goin to smoke that camaro. i represented 3rd gen well on this race. i knocked the doors off him all he saw was a camaro pullin away. mustang count=4
et:14.8 60ft:2.2563
rt: 1.05 330ft: 6.2072
92.5756mph 1/8: 9.5521
3rd same as above expect i nailed the gas instead of rollin off the line then nailing it
it netted me a beautiful et: 18.3 but the rt was nice .577
and that is it, i was expectin so much more i guess i still have alot of work to do in the tuning department but the first thing to get is tires nittos to be exact. while racin it felt strong but the numbers didn't match with the SOTP.
can some1 explain how my 1st run had the fastest speed.
