it's not that hard eh? it's easy to say that when you know how to do it, lol. How hard and what is involved, and what tools will i need, keep in mind i'm 16, lol, so i do technically know everything. I can do major work on small engines, i can rip 'em apart and put 'em back together, make them good as new, if not better. If i can do that, would i be able to redo a tranny with a manual/video guiding me? Also, do synchronizers usually come with a regular ol' overhaul kit?

Do a search. I have rebuilt T5's several times. They are very easy to do. If you do a search you will find all the tools needed. If you use this link and order a refresh kit it will come with all you need.
