Um, i think you may have read his post wrong. I just read it, and i see nothing to suggest his was being mean or unhelpful. He is a a great guy and very helpful. I just don't want you to get the wrong idea about him. He has helped me alot, as well as others here too.

Only thing I can think "rude" about it is the first line. People always say I checked spark. Will FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE, just cause you got spark dont mean its as good as it needs to be. Thats what he was refuing to.

Also, he didn't catch the part about having to dx your battery every day at the shop. Thus clearing out any codes.

Glad you found your problem. However, if several people tell you to check something, even though you already have. Check it again and again.

I spent 2.5 months chasing a problem that was just a bad coil and ICM. The two most commen parts to go out on these cars because I said they were "new"

only ground wires I remember were on the back of the heads. get the ig module checked. Karl would be glad to do it for you .
I though karl was responding to this. Maybe i misunderstood Man, i must be really bored, i'll stop now before i turn this into a big drama. Sorry

I am glad you figured it out. I too had spark when my coil was bad. So the spark was there, but it was orange. Orange=no good. Bright white=

Funny, one reads my response.
Seems clear & practical.
One reads a response like, from yourself, to me.......

And too many question you about social skills & proper grammar.
Can't you think about a response before you hit the submit button or is that also overwhelming your powers of deduction?

It's so reassuring to know how well you are monitoring the boards for us between classes in your school.
You are doing so well.
Please keep informing us of your progress in life.
We all await.

Later.
Much.

Cammy,
Ya just gotta remember this is the internet, sometimes what someone types seems like an verbal assault when it really isnt or is. Just let stuff like that past you, and have no worries about it.

Look in your first post and tell me that I have the wrong person.

And yes I can ban you from this forum. Notice I am one of 2 moderators of this forum. Brad, Dirk, CC_Hotrod, or myself all can ban you from this forum. I just can't ban you from others.

I've already made my statement.
I have no idea what that is to mean
Seems even the moderators aren't to thrilled with this character.

The Iac is still in the same spot as the previous version of the v6 mpfi system. Its still on the throttle body it just is bolted onto the throttle body gun, instead of a screw on version. Ya cant miss it cause it has a plug in for a 4 pin connector.

Here we go I SEARCHED and found a pic of a 90-92 intake and throttle body. The iac is still in nearly the same spot but indexed -90* to the left of a 85-89 IAC.
Attached Thumbnails well i found out what it was-intake.jpg
