Need help on rough start (2.8 v6)

Fuel Pressure in morning after i primed the pump ~38
While running it stays at 38 with a little needle bounce
Go to start it up again, when it starts up rough and the pressure still holds around the same area...

The gauge goes down to zero after night (already replaced all injectors), but still starts right up. It's only after the cars been running that it has a "rough" start, roughly 5-8 seconds to turn on. But once it gets running it runs fine.

Car: 1983, 1986
Engine: 2.8 2bbl, 2.8 MPFI
Transmission: 200C 3 speed, 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42
Due to the fact that it's hard to start after it's been running, I'd suspect a bad ignition component.

Ok, well this morning it didnt' start right up and i heard a pop noise, then it eventually started. And I didnt have a problem starting it through the day... What should i check in the ignition? Wires/Plugs/Cap and rotor are all in decent shape with not too many miles on them. I'll will check the coil on friday and what else should i check?

Could it be the ICM?

Didnt have time to check any ignition parts today but i did notice something odd, when i fill up on gas, it starts easier, still some problem but not like the 5-7 seconds of just turning over and over.. Makes me want to think back to a fuel related problem. But i did hear a noise like a click/pop from the dist. area this morning when i went to start it. IT's been starting like this for about a week an a half so far, hopefully it'll keep going strong until i can find the problem.

Maybe a dirty fuel filter?

Isnt' that old... Changed less than a year ago, I do hear a hum/buzz noise coming from the front of the engine (hear it through the dash) and it stays on until i turn the key... Maybe this has something to do with it, so im going to have a friend of mine check it out tonight and see what he says.

Checked the ICM at advanced auto, turns out to be good. Everything "seems" fine in the ingnition area. Plugs/Cap/Rotor/Wires... damn this hard start! Hey what can i say, it always starts though... (knock on wood)

Edit: Also getting a code 32, EgR, but i've been getting that for years... Didnt' notice this problem until I installed my Accel Injectors/15lb/hr.

This is just a shot in the dark. Make sure that your battery is fully charged and your alt is putting out enough, cause if i remember from the wiring diagrams, the ECM gets its power from the battery and the sensors get their power from the alt. If they are not happy with the power they are getting then your car wont start or run right. If i am wrong, someone let me know. Just my 0.02.
