well if the car does not turn over go through the stuff that it can be. Not too much to check, just batt and starter. The fuel pump thing may be a bad sensor.

Sounds like you have a fuel leak or the fuel regualtor is 'open'. The pump is supposed to stop pumping once back pressure builds to a certain level that is controlled by the regulator, that the pump is designed to detect. While the engine is running the pump will allways 'buzz' since fuel demand is allways there, which causes the pump to keep pumping. If you hear it constantly that probably means fuel is either leaking out or returning to the tank.

Sounds like a sticking FP relay to me.

They're only >$10. Replace it and see if it stops.

They are known to stick on.

I figured out what happened.A wrench had fallen on the battery treminals and shorted it out. When i was trying to use a recharger to get things going it didnt have enough juice to crank the motor over and the all the relays on the driver side would buzz like crazy.Luckly when the wrench fell on the bat the + & - cables were not attached.
But thanks for the help guys.

This is a perfect example of why I take these posts with a grain of salt when they explain in some obscure manner that the car is acting strange and later you get the usual 'I found out what the problem was...' that is so far out of the ordinary that you just shake your head and wonder.
