I just installed a new tank and fuel pump but noticed that the hard fuel line that runs into the engine bay is leaking. The lines under the car are pretty rusty so I guess I need to replace them all. Does anybody make a complete fuel line kit? How hard is to replace the hard lines between the fuel pump and the engine bay? Do I need to take any other parts off? I am asking because in my Silverado, I would have to remove the transmission so I used a flexible fuel line kit that bypasses the hard to reach places. Any tutorials that are available?

Hawks should have the fuel lines, i have done the same to my 86 camaro and i am having a hard time finding the metal fuel line clips/ retainers, especially the ones under the car that group three fuel lies and a brake line. let me know if you have any luck locating them, Thanks.

Thanks. I messaged Hawks Motorsports because all the fuel lines for 3rd gen they have listed are for V8. I think V6 is different.

Worst case scenario, I will have to bend my own lines.

Thank you. I contacted them and got all(most) all the lines I need in the shopping cart.

I just have one more question. From the fuel pump, there are four lines. One terminates at the valve, one is the supply line, one is the return one but what's the third line? If I am replacing the lines under the car, I could just replace them all.

The other line should be the purge line that goes to the charcoal canister.

@WildCard600 Any issues with the replacement lines? I just searched for some reviews and all I found was 1 star negative reviews for the sstubes.com site.

I only have their brake line replacements installed so far and other than a few minor bends I had to tweak they fit fine. I also compared the fuel lines to the factory lines and they are very close but I don't have them installed yet.

I bought them from recommendations on here (search for fine lines, same place apparently) and don't foresee any issues using them. Considering how old some of those posts were (at least 2005) I would think if the place was constantly sending out garbage they would not still be in business or would have far more than a handful of bad yelp reviews.

Thanks for replying. I pulled the trigger and ordered the lines from sstubes.com. Hopefully, they will have a good fit.

Just wanted to provide an update. The lines from sstubes.com came in about a week or little longer from the date the order was placed. It looks like the brake line was premade and in stock but the fuel lines were bent to order. All fittings were fine and came with o-rings (where applicable). I had to straighten couple of bends but that's normal for lines of this length. I went with steel as I heard that stainless is harder to make a good seal and bend if needed. I figured that if original lines lasted few decades, then I should be good with plain old steel. Overall, the quality of bends were fine. I am sure that I should match the new lines to the old ones and adjust few things here and there but that's not really possible when you have to slightly bend the line during removal. I also had the car on ramps so maneuvering the new lines in was a bit of challenge. So while the end parts fit good, the long straight parts are not as perfect under the car as the original line. But that's expected so no complains here.
