Get AS&M's, they are the best.

IROCZTWENTYGR8 is right!

But if you can't afford them and you have a dremel/grinder tool then get the SLP runners and take out the divider on the runners. It takes some time but it does help alot.
Also if you get either one make sure you modifiy the plenum holes to the runners so that they match.

Yeah, u could do that too, but I would get the AS&M's. They are good without having to do anything to them and they are a better runner. Also as 89Z28 said, do some porting and gasket matching.

I am kind of on a budget so i don't know if i would want to go with the AS&M's how much do they go for and also will i see much of an improvement between the stock and the SLP runners if not i could just go to a junkyard or something and get the stock ones.

IROC Z,
I just put ported slp runners on my 305 and didn't see too much improvement, if I were you I would save my money and the headache of porting the runners and plenum and get some stock runners from a junkyard.

Oh, if you have a 305, stock, then it is better to stay with the Large tube runners or stock runners.
When you cam it, put heads on it, and do exhast then the large tube runners will help the most.
