I'm also considering the BBK for mine, from summit. I've bought TPIS and breathess before, which were good, but I've also bought a crane, and the stupid screw at the top would hit the plenum. I'm ordering an MSD coil and module from them and saw the BBK for only $59(compared to the TPIS which is $96) Does this regulator have the same problem as the crane?

The BBK one is junk, I have it. Not built very strong.

Spend a couple more dollars and get the Holley one.

Diddo, I have the BBK one as well. Spend the extra 20$ it's well worth it. I wish I would have.

I always liked the design of the wheel on the holley AFPR myself.

I have the Holley AFPR, and like it alot. Once it is installed, no tools required to adjust the fuel pressure.

Tip: Before removing your stock FPR, measure your current fuel pressure. After install of new AFPR, adjust the fuel pressure to what you had before as a starting point.

I checked mine, 48PSI with vacuum off. Not worth spending the $ for a adjustable one right now. After I do a few other things I'll pick one up and port my plenum. I had a Breathless performance one on my GTA, www.breathlessperformance.com. They have them for $66, and they look to be the same as the TPIS one thats $90.

I was looking for a holley adjustable fuel regulator. I came up with pn 510-512-501. It is listed as 5.0 tpi. I cannot find a holley that fits a 5.7 tpi engine for holley. Will the 5.0 model work. I imagine it should fit. It's adjustable up to 65 psi.

it will be the same unit. fuel rails for tpi f-bodies are the same from 85-88 with rear port for 9th injector. 89-92 they are the same without port for 9th injector. doesn't matter 5.0 or 5.7
