DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH TPI Specialties
There is no need to reply to this. I just wanted to let everyone know before they make the same mistake i did.
DO NOT ever do business with:
TPI Specialties, Inc.
4255 Creek Road (Cty.Rd 110)
Chaska, MN 55318
They are overpriced and they are dishonest. I bought a $585 level 5 cutom prom from them, which i was told could be reburned up to 5 times free of charge, to accomidate upgrades to the car.
Then i called and verified again before i sent the chip back in, and was told that it would be free of charge to reburn the chip.
So after all that i was still charged $108 to upgrade to chip.
All they did was reburn the chip to the new specifications. It's a total scam. Please heed my warning, i have absolutly no reason to lie and this is alot of money to throw away. I will also be contacting the better business bureau about this so anyone else who's been burned by TPIS email me and let me know.

i've never had a problem with them, i wil agree that they are over priced a little bit. but i don't mind paying for it. they know what will work and what won't .

i usally don't buy from them, i woud raher just use them for information, hehe. when it comes to info they are pretty good. but i won't buy any of there own products, like mini ram cams etc.. where on li are u

The thing is i asked them before i even bought the chip, if i could get it reburned if i upgraded parts on the car. They said yeah no problem just send it back you get 5 free reburns, now there saying that i "upgraded the chip." Oh well you learn your lesson the hard way sometimes. .

i dunno i've neva had a problem with them but never bought anything big, i have a couple of there parts but neva got them threw them.
