custom chips

can anyone tell me if the guy from tbichips.com does good work ... This guy, Brian, is an awesome guy... I've been getting advice from him about building up a 305 TBI, and I just wanna know if anyone has had bad experiences with his chips, because I'm about to get one
thanks

I'm going to guess you are gonna order from www.tbichips.com. I ordered one on last week sunday (5-4-03) and got it that thursday (5-8-03). It was just the normal TBI chip. I haven't pluged it in yet but when I do I'll let you know.

I just put the chip in today (5-15). It only took me about half hour to do it, I didnt want to break anything. It really feels smother in the higher rpm range than it did before. It actually pulls up to 4200rpm no problem now. Another thing I noticed is that through out the entire rpm band there is no hesitation like I had before. I'm gonna play around with my timing a little more to see if I can get some more out of it. So far I am satisfied with it, and you can't beat the price of $30.

I just got his stock replacement chip. It's still running good. I always used to put in 87 octane gas but then the other day I tried the 89 stuff and it seemed to run a little better. I would recomend getting one, next time I need a chip I will definetly buy from Brian again.
