Harris Performance
Just thought I would put in a good word for this man.
I just ordered a stage 1 chip for my TPI 355 on Thursday evening, came home today from work and it was sitting in my mail box. Apparently he adjusts the fuel curve and the spark a little bit and I had him over ride the stock 305 PROM to run LT1 injectors and disable the smog pump stuff.
Put the chip in, started the car, runs BEAUTIFUL. Took it around the block, and honestly, I can feel a little bit more power coming from under the hood with the butt dyno.
Going to have the car dynoed here in a couple weeks so I'll be able to see what she's actually putting out.
I'm very excited because this was my first engine build and swap project and so far it's going very good.
For a mail order computer chip, he did a fantastic job for my car. Exactly what I was looking for. I give this guy 2 thumbs up. I would give him more if I had more thumbs. I'm very impressed by the fast turn around time also.

Re: Harris Performance
i also ordered one of these chips and got it today for my 1991 stock camaro RS LO3 engine. my engine had a code 51 and there was no way i could get the code to disappear, i had him program a chip for me for $112 and it was programmed for stage 1 and the only mod i wanted was the speed limiter taken off. i put it in, but had a little problem a couple of times getting it to to seat correctly in the slot before the flashing SES light would go away, my car has never ran like this before, i use to have a high idle and a bogging on WOT, now i can't believe that i have a CAR now. not some thing that i am trying to fix. but a REAL car with no problems. no trouble codes and a nice smooth idle that revs hard. i dont care what anyone says about the LO3 engines...after this chip...this car flys on stock.

My bad, forgot to mention his websites. I believe he's under both names on eBay as well.

Re: Harris Performance
I have bought several chips from this guy. He did one for a TBI 305, TBI 327, TBI 4.3l, TPI 327, TPI 350, and my TPI 383. Always very good communication, fast turn around and very good products. I built a 383 for my camaro a few years back with Dart Iron eagle 200s, 10.8:1 compression and a massaged stock TPI setup off an 85 vette. Coverted it to speed density called Brian and told him my cam specs and in a week I had a chip. I've never had a 383 that ran that good before then or since.

Re: Harris Performance
I'm happy to hear all of the good comments about him. My Formula is still running perfect and don't have any complaints at all. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a chip, and he's very reasonable on his pricing as well.

Re: Harris Performance
Anyone know if he is still burning chips or selling any of the premade stage 1 or 2 chips? Interested in purchasing one if he still is.
