Which intake should I put on my new motor?

Hey I bought my car a few months ago and I have been doing a lot of research on different intake systems. The previous owner bought the ZZZ 350 motor (350hp/385tq) and put the stock tpi on it. not ported or anything, no new feul injectors, nothing. so I was thinking after I get the new tranny in this week, I should get a new intake as my next step. Money is a concern here as well since I am in high school, so no minirams or superrams. I was thinking along the lines of a ported tpi setup or an hsr, but i recently saw a pro ram setup for sale. So basically, which of these would be ideal for my motor, easiest to install, cost least, least amount of tuning, looks the best, anything that would sway me one way. heres what i found on a pro ram.

Asking $600 now, was asking $800. Comes with everything shown in picture (if the picture attachment works) plus the TPI adapter fittings needed to convert the stock fuel lines to AN fittings. Almost everything is brand new, never used, with the exception of the Holley ProJection 4V air valve. (Okay, to be absolutely honest, I did use one of the TPI adpaters and a section of 3 foot hose to pump gas out of my old car.) The Holley air valve is used, but in good shape. Replaced throttle linkage arm with brand new $80 piece from Holley because of cracking. More pics available upon request. This should be everything you need to convert a TPI over to this manifold.

Parts list:
Accel Pro Ram small block port injection manifold
Accel Pro Ram Fuel rails w/ -8 to -6AN fittings
Accel rail-mount AFPR
Enough -6AN line and fittings to finish the install
Holley ProJection 4-barrel air valve
Brand new throttle linkage for a carb'd thrid-gen
TPI fuel line adpater fittings
Various linkage studs and bracket to adapt cruise control, TV cable, and throttle linkage
I'll even throw in a used K&N chrome air cleaner setup. Filter probably needs cleaning. If you don't want it, I'll keep it.

Again, asking $600 + actual shipping costs. Payment is expected up front before shipping, but prefer to do COD. Check my ebay feedback as nutz4tas and you'll see it is 100% positive.

The reason I'm selling it is because the target car is dead and being parted out soon, I recently purchased a new GTO, and I have a 4th gen drag car that needs some parts. Extra cash would help keep the wife happy.

The Pro Ram is going to pretty much REQUIRE an aftermarket hood; or, some nice expensive elbow for the TB. Also, the throttle linkage on its TB SUCKS, it is about as hostile to the 700 TV cable as it can be. Obviously if you run the elbow and side-draft TB, that's not so much of an issue. All you'll have to worry about then is a bracket.

The ProRam will kick the HSR's butt as far as max power output, guaranteed. There's probably 150 HP of flow difference between them. With the heads you have though, none of that will ever be an issue. Either one will make about the same as a carb, i.e. 350 HP or so, give or take whatever else you've changed about the motor.

THe HSR will fit under your hood.

Either one will "work" with the 86 TPI setup, as far as ECM, wiring, sensors, injectors, etc. Plumbing the MAF into the ProRam might be a bit of a challenge, not impossible but just one more detail and expense. Plumbing fuel to either one will require a little effort. The HSR maybe a little less, but it's not a plug-in by any means either.

I think you'd be wiser to go for the HSR.

You can get an hsr from a friend for 450? Why are you asking this question get the hsr! Easy to work on, fits under your hood, wont drop too much torque and flattens out the curve, top end!

Looks great, but remember you cant use your coil in cap...

Oh yea, and I supposedly have a twin 58 throttle body by accel 1000cfm. I mean I havent checked, but I was told by the seller and I have a reciept for one. you never know these days though.

I thought the HSR was 550 shipped... maybe thats with afpr.

Your going to need to convert to the 88(?)+ external coil. (My 89 had it)

New cap rotor external coil (MSD ones can be had for 30$ i believe) and a long enough plug wire to connect 'em.

summit sells the manifolds and the feul rails with afpr for like 510 shipped or something. and its like 480 shipped without it. so my friend is only giving me like 60 off.

so would i just need a new coil, or would i need a new cap, rotor, and coil? and how much would all this be if i do need all of it.

anything else i would need for the swap? i think i heard about feul line adapters or something?
