Will These Gaskets Work With Accel Base?

I have a comlete SuperRam setup, but I want to start out just using the Accel base manifold with stock tpi ported runners and plenum. I was thinking of ordering the large LTR gaskets that TPIS sell. The stock style tpi runner gaskets just barely cover the ports on the Accel base, so I'm thinking the larger TPIS would seal better. Does anyone know if these gaskets will work okay with the Accel base and stock style runners? Thanks in advance.

You probably need to confirm this, but I think the large LTR gasket runners just have a bigger hole in the middle of them for the larger sized holes in the runners.....

I'm just going on what I've read here on the message threads. According to most that I've read, supposedly all three of the aftermarket bases have identical runner port sizes (Edelbrock Hi-Flo, TPIS Big Mouth, Accel), so I figure if that's the case, then the gaskets TPIS sell should work with my Accel base. Hopefully somebody can chime in that's tried this. Heck, even if they don't work for some reason, I'll only be out $23 for the set. Thanks for the reply Vern!

I hadn't picked up on that for the bases. Might be nice to know if it's correct.

I'm running a ported (to 1.75") Edelbrock base with factory runners and I'm pretty sure I used the stock gaskets.

Hey Max, my intentions are to try and open up the factory runners enough at the ends to match them up to the larger ports on the Accel base. So if I used the factory gaskets, it'd cause a restriction between the base and the ends of the runners. That's why I want to try and use the TPIS large gaskets. Hey Vern, once I actually get my hands on a set, I'll post back and let you know if they work out ok.
