Cheap and "good" don't normally go together. Get a FIRST or Miniram and call it a day.
HSR's won't fit under our hoods anyway.

Re: Speedmaster EFI SBC gen I
The miniram is nice, but has it's pitfalls as well. Personally I'd like to see a profo XT in a sub $300 price point.
The HSR is overpriced and has flow issues, but for $200 the chinese version is kind of a no brainer. For a turbo car it makes sense because what you loose in airflow you just increase in boost.
The chinese intake is only cheap when you compare it to the rearing we get from Holley, Edelbrock, etc on domestic intakes. If I get $10 in scrap metal for a TPI intake a HSR shouldn't cost $500. My company makes roughly 15% profit across the board and we still manage to make a ton of money, have good salaries, are always hiring, awesome benefits with health and dental paid at 95%, etc. Holley, Edelbrock are just ripping us off.

Re: Speedmaster EFI SBC gen I
I kept watching and purchased mine for $185 + Free shipping. It came in a pro comp box. I was the only auction that was not buy it now. The port casting looked a little rough. I spent some time cleaning it up and matched it to Fel-Pro 1204 gaskets with no problems and plenty of material to work with. I also purchased pro comp fuel rails. Everything looked great.

Re: Speedmaster EFI SBC gen I
im looking at buying a miniram that a guy decided it was time to go carb'd. its cheaper than a new one but comes with a DFI ECM and harness and injectors. the injectors i could go without. still considering the speedmaster, and yes with a lil time, effort and cutting this intake will fit under the stock hood. not something i want to do but i will. if the miniram deal goes south then ill order a speedmaster if i dont like it, ill just sell it on here lol but the LTR style intakes just wont get my power levels where this one could.
