Top one is just the engine itself. It's a new 350 w/ multiport fuel injection. It has about 380 hp and a marine cam from a mastercraft boat. Because of the cam you can burn the tires off up to 60 mph and through 3rd gear! It's ran off of a mefi4 ecm(very high tech). The middle is the process of wiring the whole injection system. I started from nothing, it was a challange, but I enjoyed it. The last one is w/ the new engine in w/ open headers and we had the laptop hooked up and tuning it. It's still in progress, but I'm driving it and loving it. Gets good gas mileage too. I'm the one in the white shirt on the drivers side. I'm 16, and I feel lucky to be able to do this stuff and learn about it.
Heres some of the parts I used
-Hedman headers
-holley fuel rails
-holley intake manifold
-accel 8.8 wires
-B&M flexplate

Two questions: How did you come up with using the marine cam and what kinda grind does it have? I took the motor out of my boat and put in my bird, so I'm not sure if you did something similiar. I took the cam out though cause I didn't have enough stall to run it, but it was just a SB Crane cam anyway. And two, where did you get those chrome VC's and how much?

They make both sbc and bbc reverse rotation engines for dual prop boats. It's been that way for a LONG time, I think they even have LT1 motors that are reverse rotation but I got out of the boat scene a few years ago and never heard much about em.
Of course you can't use a reverse rotation motor but you can still use the block, same exact thing but you need to be EXTRA careful when measuring and block.

Thanks, The engine was from a mastercraft and GM sent my boss a shipment of 10 502's, so he didn't have time to play around w/ the mastercraft engine, so he gave it to me and he said that the cam in it is very good marine cam that will give me great performance, so I took his word for it and didn't touch anything inside the engine. By the way, those 502's are awesome. We've ran 4 of them in the dyno lab and went from 502hp to almost 600hp. and the other 6 we put in trucks and cars and beat the crap out of them. Now GM sent us a '90 camaro with a ram jet 350, and we've already burnt the tires bald. Now we are working on a monster truck. It's called Overkill. The valve covers are some I got at a performance parts place for $70. You can get some chevy one's that say chevy for $120 I believe.
