Hey prime I saw a Camaro almost exactly like your's on Ebay. The guy said it was a california Iroc. Was it your car? Nice car, but I don't know about the scoop. I love Yellow Camaros. Always wanted a Pearl Yellow '86

No, that wasn't his. I know the one you're talking about '85. Said he changed the hood, put on spoiler, and changed the color. It was brought up a couple times on here. Still doesn't seem to be one to me though. Hasn't sold yet, saw it on there today, with no bids down to $12k with one day left. Either way, I like what Prime did to his interior.

LOL, that car ran like low 15's with a 350 I think, might have been bored over even. Looks pretty nice and fast though.

Nope that wasn't mine. Chances are good you'll never see this one come up for sale unless I get EXTREMLY hard up.
The scoop is kinda a love/hate thing. It's just a quick fix to a hood clearence issue. I want the cowl hood GT Auto has been working on for the last few months. Originally posted by Mark A Shields

I used duplicolor spray paint and spray primer. The best advice I can give is be patient and take your time. Apply the primer and paint in light coats or it will bury the detail on the panels. I usually waited about and hour between coats on a nice warm, sunny day. The most important thing would be to make sure everything is completly cleaned and free of grease and oil. If I can offer any other advice just let me know.

Last I knew, it (MYZ) actually rolled in the 14's and yes, it had a bored 350. Bad traction (one-legger) hampered it alot. Body flex didn't help, but it was capable of 13's with good traction.
