Got my new brakes today

I think they fill up the 17 inch Snypers nicely.

Very Nice!!! Again, how much $$$? Do you think they could fit behind a set of 16s?

Thnaks guys. They cost $1295,but ya get $150 back when you send in your old spindles. I think the base price is like $995,but after you add the zinc wash, slot, and drill the rotors it runs up. The fit notes say they will fit most 16's. I think it would be a close fit on a set of 16's.

Very nice. I can wait till I order my Alcons.
Mark, the price is more than likely just for the fronts.

BTW, is that the Baer Claw system? The one that works with OEM style brake pads?

Thanks again everybody. Yea that price is just for the front system. As soon as a decied if I'm gonna go with a 9 inch or a 12 bolt rear end I'm gonna get the back set to match, that'll be sweet as hell. Over all I'm very happy with the system,it comes complete and only took about an hour and half to put on. The system also included braided stainless steel lines.

Those look very nice Superman... I just ordered my 17x9 Snyper rims. Damn you spent more on those front brakes then you did on your rims
How hard is it to convert a drum over to a disk?? I believe right now I have front disk and rear drum which is stock.

THANKS

Bill,

They were expensive, but I belive they are well worth the price ya pay for them. They perform great. As far as converting the drums the disk,is not a big deal if you get the kit from Baer. It comes with all the mounts for the calipers to bolt up and take the place of the drums on the rear.
