Finally! Pics of my car!

Sorry for them being alittle big. My little brother just got him a digital camera. So had alittle fun with it . I bought the car about two months ago and all i've done is tint the windows, taillight blackouts. Everything else is how I bought it. Interiors stock except for jim85iroc's sub box, two 12" hx2's and 1000.1 amp. Sounds awesome. Engines stock except for removed factory aircleaner and added open element K&N. 17" ZR1's coming w/ suspension mods along w/ a SS hood. Then a 383 is gonna make its way underneath the hood. :-D

Any suggestions/comments welcome.

And here's my old 85 that was a project, (bought it for 400). Its got a built 355 under the hood just needs some body work. But that SS hood is going on the new one.

Nice ride

Looks good man. I like the tinted windows. Makes the car look sleek. I've always liked that color to.

I am just letting everyone know that i am very suprised at how everyone is so amazed with the tips.

Here in Winnipeg 3 1/2" chrome tips are on almost every camaro and firebird.

I just find it interesting how ppl find those tips so amazing.

BTW: thats a sweet ride and the tips look good too

IROC355,

I hear ya man, same thing over here. recently saw a couple second gen Z28's with identical tips. seems like they are all on the big tip bandwagon.

anyways... Chrome, the only thing I noticed was those weights on the outside of your wheels, I assume you just got it like that? right?

Thanks guys!

Yea, those are just regular 3 1/2" Chrome tips that most exhaust shops have. They are actually in pretty bad shape but i'm in no hurry to replace them. Cause i'll either go with 1) 3" flowmaster american thunder, or 2) a 4" mufflex system with the new engine.

I'll get ya the info on the digital camera tomorrow, it was my brothers, got it at best buy thats all i know...

Its just an RS but I can't wait till I get my 383 built cause every other 5.0 out there is gonna think its just an RS. haha, i'm gonna leave those badges on there too .

(all of this of coarse comes once i get my $xxxx credit card debt down some, gotta love college, lol)

Yea, i hate that, those wheels clean up nice but are actually pretty beat up. But i'm just gonna wait till i get the ZR1's... I have a set of red accented wheels that was on my 91 RS that i wrecked thats in better shape but not worth changing them over, i'll just sell those and these when i get the new wheels.

Can't sell the red ones yet either, insurance has been 5 months hashing **** out and they haven't told me what they're going to do yet. If they don't total it i'm parting the bitch out...

Ummm, the new ones a 92', and the colors Dark Green Grey Metallic. Its a rare color, think they only put it on the 92's... And i've never seen a Z with that color either, just RS's. But maybe they're out there, just never seen one.

Car looks beautiful! :hail: Something to definately be proud of! What % tint do you have on the side windows and rear? I've been thinking of tinting my windows for quite a while... and I believe you might have just sold me on the idea.....

it has 15% on the front and rear, that was the lowest this tint show would go. Else I woulda had 10 on the back but now that I got it on, any darker woulda been hard to see out, bad enough right now.

Ahhh, thats what I was going to say. Although they do serve a purpose, I just ripped all of mine off (polishing the wheels) and now I have some bad vibrations. I guess I'll have them balanced again, which means some more wheel weights.

Sweet ride. Nice color too.

because having wheel weights on the inside and outside will give you a better/smoother ride. having them just on the inside gives a fairly good ride good enough for me/us, just not good enough for lawyers and soccer moms
