A Few TTA pictures

Now that it's finally out of a long 18 months of sitting in storage.
It's basically stock except for the upgraded Firehawk wheels and some Modern Tires.

Now back to where I left off in the fall of 2000, Terrorizing 5.0's across Northwest Illinois!
And coming this weekend, a nice coat of Formula113 and some Tire Wet to top it off, then off to the Car Shows.

Thanks to everyone for the positive remarks
It's got 23,250 on it, just got it out a week and rolled over 23,000. Those 250 have gone pretty "fast"
The car show Sunday sucked, no classes, just top 40 cars.
And of course, not even a trophy for the top 40!
Some people just have no idea what these cars are?!?!
Lots of dumb questions like: Hey, why did you take out the 350 TPI and put a V6 in it?
And a few people ask what year it was?
I know those decals are a bit self explanitory, but yet people ask!

But there are the occasional fanatics who Bug out when they see one. Those people make the "Show" worth going to.

Sweet looking car. I wonder how many are in the scrap yards now. Did you keep the stock rims??

Yep, I kept the stock wheels, the original Goodyears were getting hard and not hooking up at all on the 1-2 shift, plus I decided they should be saved to return to full original condition while they still have tread on the tires.

Wes, tonight was it for this year, too bad you didn't let me know sooner. You'll have to ask Vic & CamRs (Mike) how they liked it, Vic even got to run it once down the strip with Mike riding along.
I won't get into details about time/speed, since that was Vic's first time ever behind the wheel of the car. But they had fun, and both came back with BIG smiles

I'm taking the 1982 Z-28 down to a car show in Princeton Sunday A.M, so I'm booked. Time to drive the next one for a while, before snow flies. It's a big switch going from the TTA to a 82Z C.F.I.
Pictures of that one will be coming very soon
