Photo-Chop Request, should be easy

I really hate to ask somone to do this for me, because I have photoshop, I just can't figure out how to do it. Could somone stick some ZR1/SS style wheels on this car for me? Its already a photoshopped color, everyone already knows this car is blue, I forgot who it belongs to though. Its what I want to do someday - 91-92 Z28 GFX and wing, repaint solid color gunmetal grey with silver stripes. Throw on the wheels and its got it all. I'd probably just get a basic 2 1/2 cowl hood though, thats just what I like best.

Thanks in advance, and if anyone could tell me how to do this myself... that'd be even better. I've cut the wheels out, and cut samples out, but how do you paste them in at the right size? Can you auto-size when you paste into a selected area somehow? Heck I haven't even figured out how to change the color of things yet.

ummm, do you have any pics of the wheels you want on there (preferrably from the same angle as this shot)

Its alot easier to do wheels when you have a side view of the car. WIth the picture as it is, to do a photoshop you woulod need pictures of the wheels at the same angles.

Which is another part of the reason I didn't do it myself... I don't have a good source, was wondering if maybe somebody else did. I'll see what i can come up with though.

Ok... got an idea. If somone could make this car grey and put the wheels on... it'd be about the same. Its an almost dead on side view. I really appreciate it! I almost got some on this one... but I can never get the image i try to paste into the selected area to come out the right size. That magnetic lasso thing takes some getting used to...

I almost got these on! But they're half the size they're supposed to be Surrounded by a big white space. I know these aren't what I originally asked for... I haven't found a good side shot of those just yet.

Haha could I do it? Yes. But could I AFFORD to do it? Not right now. I'm just beginning round 1 of the cars upgrades. New motor, rebuilt tranny, 3.42 rear end. That I'm shooting for having all done by this time next year. Ya, small budget. Round 2 will be all the body stuff. 91-92 GFX and Z wing, 2 1/2 cowl, a repaint in the current color along with the stripes like in the picture, and those wheels. Definately now that I've seen them on a similar car. Tires too of course

The drivers door and quarter need repainted to properly fix a few bad bad scratches. If I'm getting the wing, the deckild has to be repainted. The hood and GFX would need painted too. So... hmm... hood, GFX, decklid, 1 door and 1 quarter, or just re-do the whole car. Might as well, ya know? Thats gonna cost me though. Bigtime.
